Meet and learn from other C3 fellows and the greater healthcare community.  C3 is working on creating a mentorship program, and obtaining speakers and organizing other events to further enhance the C3 Fellows experience.

    • Build meaningful work experience and gain an inroad at a local organization prior to graduation. Be considered an “internal hire” if you apply for another position at your employer.

    • Assistance with resume building, job applications, and interview preparation, and opportunities to build your professional network and learn about career pathways relevant to your professional growth.

    • Currently attend one of the CCAP partner colleges

      • Augsburg University, Metro State University, Minneapolis College, Saint Paul College, St. Catherine University, University of St. Thomas

    • Be enrolled in a healthcare degree program or with a declared health major

    • Be in good academic standing

    • Have a recommendation from school faculty
